Richard A. Dalum, 71, 2506 Emmerson Street, Wausau, died Saturday July 5, 2003 in Tomahawk.
He was born July 26, 1931, in Schofield, son of the late Alvin and Jeanette (LaPorte) Dalum. On July 12, 1985, he married Bonnie Penn in Wausau. She survives.
Richard was a retired pressman for the former James River Corporation. He was a U.S. Marine veteran of the Korean War. He was a former member of the River Valley Harmonizers SPEBSQSA, Wausau.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Dalum, Wausau; sons, Steve (Linda) Dalum, Green Bay, John (Christine) Dalum, Stevens Point, David and Michael Dalum, both Wausau; a daughter, Ann Dalum, Weston; a step-son, Keith (Georgia) Koenig, Wausau; brothers, Robert (Judy) Dalum, California, Jack Dalum, Rhinelander; five grandchildren; and his favorite pets Jessie & Taz. He was preceded in death by a sister Pat Hintz.
Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m. Monday July 7, 2003 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Pastor John Dalum will officiate. Friends may call from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
