Jean A. Seymour

Jean A. Seymour, 82, Wausau, died Monday April 13, 2020 at Wellington Place, Rib Mountain under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services.

She was born April 4, 1938, in Wausau, daughter of the late Erwin and Irene Wiensch.  On August 19, 1957, she married William Seymour.  He survives.

She graduated from Wausau Senior High School.  Prior to her retirement, Jean had been employed over 30 years at  M&I /BMO Harris Bank, Wausau in a variety of banking positions.

Jean loved spending time with her grandchildren Brooke and Bryce attending their sporting events and other activities.  She also enjoyed traveling with her friends and family to many countries and places in the United States. Other interests included: golfing, bowling and playing cards.

Survivors include her husband, William, two children, Kathy (Tracy) Pelky, Plover WI, Rick Seymour; DePere, WI, two grandchildren, Brooke and Bryce, one sister, Barbara (Jan) Morrical, AZ.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Ronald Wiensch

A Memorial Service will be held  11:00 a.m. Thursday September 24, 2020 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau.  Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau.  Visitation will be on Thursday September 24 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the Sixth Street funeral home.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.petersonkraemer.com
