Bobbie L. Koenig

Bobbie L. Koenig 54, Hudson and formerly of Wausau, passed away peacefully Friday April 22, 2005 at her home. She was born August 14, 1950 in Wausau, daughter of the late Robert and Marion (Herzog) Chartier. On August 30, 1980, she married Lyle Koenig at Trinity Lutheran Church, town of Stettin. He survives. Bobbie received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from St. Thomas University and her Master's Degree in Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota. She had been employed at Wells Fargo Bank and Deluxe Corporation, Shoreview, Minn as a tax accountant. Among her many hobbies were, golfing, swimming, snow and water skiing and gardening. Bobbie was a devoted christian, who always was ready to help anyone in need. Bobbie also will be fondly remembered for the great muffins and pies she made. Survivors include her husband, Lyle Koenig, Hudson, three brothers, Dick (Chris) Chartier, Frank (Jackie) Chartier, all of Wausau, Ray (April) Chartier, New Berlin, her beloved niece and nephew, Nicole and Alex Chartier, Brothers-in-law, Lee (Sue) Koenig, Wausau, Ronald Machel, Burnsville, Minn., sister-in-law, Nancy (Paul) Spano, Lakeville, Minn., longtime family friend, Vic Borski, Wausau and great-aunts, Mary Sullivan and Sarah Landon. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday April 26, 2005 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Town of Stettin. Rev. Clarence Gall will officiate. Burial will be in Stettin Christian Cemetery, town of Stettin. Friends may call on Monday from 4 - 8 p.m. at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau and again on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
