Angeline Zoromski

Angeline "Angie" Zoromski 78, Hatley, died Friday October 26, 2007 at St. Clare's Hospital, Weston, after a brief illness. She was born September 24, 1929, in Ringle, daughter of the late Peter and Frances (Falkowski) Nievinski. On June 17, 1950, she married John Mondroski at St. Florian Catholic Church, Hatley. He preceded her in death January 16, 1976. On October 26, 1979, she married August Zoromski at St. Florian Catholic Church, Hatley. He survives. Angie will be remembered for many things, especially her great spirit of kindness and generosity. The joy she brought to others was done simply, but memorably. She was always giving, whether it was preparing a great meal, taking the time to stop and visit a friend or relative or dropping off fresh veggies from the garden, caring for people in need, her satisfaction came by giving joy to others. Her grandchildren were the love of her life. Among her many involvements, she was a member of the Rosary Society at St. Florian Catholic Church, The Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court St. Rose and the Catholic Women's Club. She enjoyed many hobbies especially gardening, cooking, and an occasional trip to the casino. Survivors include her husband, August Zoromski, a son, Craig (Julie) Mondroski, LasVegas, two grandchildren, Lauren & Alex, her extended family, Jessie Zoromski, Ringle, Leon (Dianne) Zoromski, Pike Lake, Greg (Tracy) Zoromski, Wausau, Clint, Brian (Becky), Chuck, Scott (Michelle), Beth, Anna, Katie, Olivia, Bryce, Devin and Tristin, her siblings, Agnes (Herb) Benaszeski, Ringle, Leona Davidowski, Ringle, Lenard Nievinski, Ringle and Theodore (Alice) Nievinski, Mosinee, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy, and her extended family, David and Randy Zoromski. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday October 30, 2007, at St. Florian Catholic Church, Hatley. Rev. James Schaefer will preside. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery. Knowlton. Friends may call on Monday from 4 - 8 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the church. There will be a combined Rosary Society and Catholic Daughters Rosary service at 5:00 p.m. Monday at the church. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
