William E. Leer

William E. Leer, 52, Edgar, died Sunday, December 1, 2002 at St. Joseph Hospital, Marshfield. William was born July 26, 1950 in Milwaukee, son of the late Eugene and Joan Leer. He married Regina Wickersham on June 30, 1972 in Milwaukee. She survives. William was an Electrical Technician. Spending time with his family, woodworking and cars, especially auto racing were among his favorite interests. Besides his wife, Regina, Edgar, he is survived by three daughters, Vanessa (Daniel) Deffner, Wausau, Estelle Leer, Schofield, Cassandra Leer, Edgar; one son, Aaron Leer, Edgar; two grandsons, Lucas and Connor Deffner; one sister, Cindy (Wayne) Treat, Cudahy; step-father, William Skibinski, Oak Creek. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, December 5, 2002 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Edgar. Sister Dorothy Schneider F.S.P.A. will officiate. Burial will be in the Edgar Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 11 a.m. until the time of services all at the Edgar Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
