William Joseph Clark

William Joseph Clark 60, Ashland, died Wednesday, December 6, 2006 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He was born April 8, 1946 in Ironwood, Michigan, son of the late Herman and Cathleen (Anderman) Clark. On November 1, 1969 he married Sandra Wachsmuth at St. Mary Catholic Church, Wausau. She survives. William worked in construction at County Concrete for many years. His love for Lake Superior, the outdoors and camping reflected his genuine natural spirit. Spending time with his grandchildren was also something that brought great joy to his life. Survivors include his wife, Sandra, three children, Shelia (Todd) Rebhahn, DePere, Theresa (Rick) Steckel, Ladysmith and Bill Clark, Ashland; three grandchildren, Elise Rebhahn, DePere, Aleya and Keegan Steckel both of Ladysmith; and one sister, Mary Ann (James) Shea, Rapids City, South Dakota. Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, December 11, 2006 at Mountain Funeral Home, 220 3rd Avenue East, Ashland. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
