Vivian G. Radtke 93, Wausau, died Monday, July 21, 2008 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born May 9, 1915 in Brokaw, daughter of the late William and Gladys (Cater) Brown. On April 29, 1950, she married John Radtke at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Wausau. He preceded her in death on December 22, 2000. For many years, Vivian worked as a secretary for Wausau Paper Corp., Brokaw until her retirement. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Burns Post #388 Auxiliary, Wausau and the American Legion Montgomery Plant Post #10 Auxiliary, Wausau. Among her many interests, she enjoyed genealogy, scrapbooking, needle work and traveling. Survivors include, her sister, Leora Homa, Fond du Lac; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Besides her parents and husband, John, she was preceded in death by one sister, April Case; and three brothers, Myron, Lenard and Delmar Brown. Funeral services will be at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2008 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Rev. Kenneth A. Dix will officiate. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until time of services at the Sixth Street funeral home. Online condolences at www.petersonkraemer.com
