Virjean Habeck

Virjean "Jeannie" Habeck Ringle, died Saturday August 12, 2006 at the Hospice House. She was born October 6, 1928 in Stratford, daughter of the late Edward and Emma (Kroening) Johnson. On June 23, 1951, she married John Habeck in Wausau. He survives. Jeannie was a homemaker, loved flower gardening, an occasional trip to the casino, traveling and spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband John Habeck, Ringle, three children, Scott (Marcia) Habeck, Ringle and their children, MaDonna (fiance' Ryan Enkers), Matt and Mandy; Cathy (Randy) Marquardt, Ringle and their children, Jodi (Brett) McCarthy and Brian Marquardt; and Michael (Kathy) Habeck, Ringle and their daughter, April; one great grandchild, Will McCarthy, one brother, Russell (Florence) Johnson, Wausau and one sister, Doris (Charles) Kohnhorst, Weston, three sisters-in-law, Bev Johnson and Arlette Johnson, both of Wausau and June Johnson, Menasha.. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, James, Robert and Delbert Johnson. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday August 15, 2006 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Weston. Rev. Glenn Seefeldt will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau. Friends may call on Monday from 4 - 8 p.m. at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau and again on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
