Virginia Gabower

Virginia "Gini" Gabower, 93, died peacefully Wednesday, July 9, 2014, under the care of her son at his home. Survivors include her son James Gabower, Kronenwetter; two grandchildren, Nicole and Steven Gabower; step grandchildren Collette (Brian) Peters, Kevin (girlfriend Sam) Kropidlowski, and Jacob Rykowski; step great grandchildren Ava Kropidlowski and Bryden Peters. Besides her parents, Gini is preceded in death by her husband, Robert, and brother William Rose. At Gini's request, there will be no services held at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorials may be directed to Aspirus Wausau Hospital Volunteers. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth St., Wausau, is in charge of arrangements.
