Violet Dahl

Violet Dahl 76, Scottsdale, Ariz., a former Wausau resident, died Thursday July 3, 2003 at the Hospice of the Valley, Scottsdale, Ariz. She was born December 21, 1926 in Virginia, Minn., daughter of the late Henry and Julia (Mikalson) Peterson. On June 10, 1950 she married Lloyd Dahl in Virginia, Minn. He preceded her in death February 14, 1981. Violet was a homemaker and prior to moving to Arizona, was an active member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church, Wausau. Survivors include a son, Jeffery Dahl, Scottsdale, Ariz., a daughter, Peggy (Morris) Major, Phoenix, Ariz., one grandchild and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 7:30 p.m., Thurs. July 10, 2003 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call on Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until the time of services at the Sixth Street funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of the Valley, Scottsdale, Ariz.
