Victoria Kramm
78, 305 Kreutzer St., Athens, died Tuesday, January 15, 2002, at Pine Crest Nursing Home, Merrill.
She was born February 11, 1923 in the Town of Halsey, daughter of the late George and Alice (Wilcox) Dietsch. On August 31, 1940, she married Herman Kramm Sr. in the Town of Halsey. He preceded her in death on April 11, 1991.
Victoria worked for the Fromm Brothers and later for Marathon Cheese Corporation for 25 years. She enjoyed volunteering at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Athens, baking cookies and pies, traveling but most especially Victoria enjoyed spending time with her friends, family and grandchildren.
Survivors include one daughter, Gale (Orville) Verpoorten, Athens; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; two sisters, Darlene (Gerald) Sims, Harlem, Georgia and Carol (Al) Dowdy, Harlem, Georgia; one brother, Ray Dietsch, Wisconsin Rapids; one daughter-in-law, Jean Kramm, Oconto Falls.
Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Lyle Kramm; two sisters, Marion Kramm and Shirley Wimmer; one brother, Howard Dietsch.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 19, 2002 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Athens. Rev. Donn Radde will officiate. Burial will be in Athens Lutheran Cemetery, Athens. Friends may call on Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Athens and again on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
