Victor K. Neville, 71, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2025, under the care of Compassus Hospice at his home. He was born February 8, 1954, in Ohio.
Survivors include his children, Roxi, Jessica, Victor Jr., Jayme, Emillea and Kayanna; numerous grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
