Victor Bielen

Victor Gregory Bielen, 86, Wisconsin Rapids, died Sunday, June 7, 2015 at the Tomah Veterans Center after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's. He was born on January 12, 1928 the son of the late Andrew and Mary (Pronko) Bielen.On October 1, 1955 he was united in marriage to Jane Koss at St. Frances Catholic Church Knowlton. He served in the United States Marie Corp. during the Korean War and also with the National Guard. Victor was a loyal and faithful husband and father. His gentle, kind manner was observed by many and will be fondly missed by his family and friends. Survivors include his wife Jane of 59 years, his two sons, Daniel (Kathy) and Patrick (Pamela) and one grandson Emerson. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sons Jeff and James. A graveside service will be held at Restlawn Memorial Park Wausau on Saturday June 13, 2015 at 10:00 am with military honors.
