Veronica "Ronnie" Radant

Veronica “Ronnie” Radant, 89, passed away Sunday September 8 2024 at Marshfield Medical Center, Weston.

She was born October 4 1934 in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Alex and Anna (Martinski) Kurudza. On September 25 1954 she married Gordon Radant in Newburgh NY who preceded her in death on May 24 2003.

Veronica served her country in the US Air Force where she also met her husband Gordon. They liked to travel and enjoyed their retirement in Tucson AZ. Ronnie was an organized person and excelled at her various secretarial jobs. She enjoyed learning new things throughout her life, and passed on many of these skills to her daughters including finances, household management, cooking, and sewing. She loved bible study, movies, animals, and the Bee Gees.

Survivors include her daughters, Judith (Neil) Crofoot, Janet (Tom) Felch and Jennifer Hellbusch; grandchildren, Lisa and Jon (Katie) Felch and Cody Crofoot; great-grandchildren, Cade, Dane, and Eden Felch and numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husband Gordon, she was preceded in death by son Wayne Radant (Kim),son-in-law Michael Hellbusch; sisters Florence (William) Maier, Esther (John) Yednock; brother Norbert (Anita) Kurudza; mother and father in-law Alex and Lydia Radant; sisters-in-law Karen and Jeanette Radant.

Memorial service will be 3:00 PM Thursday September 12 2024 at Christ Lutheran Church, Wausau. Rev. David Wetmore will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday from 2:00 PM until the time of service at Christ Lutheran Church.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
