Veronica Barbara Juedes

Veronica "Ronnie" Barbara Juedes, 93, Schofield, died Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Kennedy Park Medical & Rehabilitation Center. She was born September 28, 1916 in Edgar, daughter of the late John and Mary (Kipp) Ellenbecker. On June 1, 1940 she married Walter Juedes. He preceded her in death August 10, 1991. She enjoyed fast pitch softball, yardwork, dancing, being active and watching her grandson Ryan play sports. Ronnie was a fan of the Packers and Brewers. Survivors include her daughter, Beth (Randy) Gruening, Schofield, one grandson, Ryan (Tanya) Gruening, Roberts, Wis., two great grandsons, Jaeden and Kameron Gruening, Roberts, Wis., one sister, Helen Spaeth, Colby and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Barb Schedcik, Evelyn Schilling, Elanore Spaeth and two brothers, John and Henry Ellenbecker. The Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 3, 2009 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 113 W. Kort Street, Rothschild. Rev. Donald Berg will preside. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park cemetery. Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the mass on Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
