Venita M. Fisher

Venita Marie "Kip" Fisher 83, Wausau, died Thursday, October 5, 2006 at Wisconsin Veterans Home in King, Wisconsin. She was born May 4, 1923 in Sturgeon Bay, daughter of the late Clarence and Mary (Bunda) Peronteau. On December 7, 1944 she married Fred W. Fisher Jr. in Rhinelander. He preceded her in death on November 14, 2004. Venita was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and doing craftwork of many types. She also worked for PrangeWay before retiring. She was a member of St. Anne Parish and the Ladies Auxiliary Burns Post 388, Wausau. Survivors include two sons Ronald (Priscilla) Fisher and Robert (Cameo Phillips) Fisher, Wausau, one grandson, Aaron (Elizabeth) Fisher, one granddaughter, Katherine (Dan) Burish and one great grandson Andrew. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 9, 2006 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Deacon Robert Anderson will officiate.
