Tina M. Andrasek

Tina Andrasek, 56, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 13, 2026.

She was born on January 24, 1970, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late Edwin Formas and Barthalamia Formas. Tina married Kevin Andrasek, her childhood neighbor and the love of her life, on July 8, 1995. Together they created a family and a home based on love, support, and compassion.

Tina enjoyed cooking, baking, making stained glass, fishing, and reading, but most of all she loved her family fiercely. She always loved to prepare and host meals with Kevin, her daughters, and family and friends. She savored spending time on the lake with the people she loved, and she consistently caught the biggest fish.

Tina was vivacious, funny, passionate, kind, and brave. We will truly miss her laugh, her jokes, and her support.

Survivors include her mother, Barthalamia Formas; husband, Kevin Andrasek; daughters, Mia and Macy Andrasek; sisters, Christina Egan and Paris Casey; and many other nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edwin Formas; and brother, Edwin Formas Jr.

The Funeral Liturgy will be at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau, with Deacon Ervin Burkhardt presiding. Visitation will begin on Friday, July 17 at 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and continue on Saturday beginning at 10:30 a.m. until the time of service, all at the funeral home.
