Timothy (Tim) Alan Falkowski

Timothy (Tim) Alan Falkowski, our much-loved brother, uncle, and friend passed away peacefully on Friday, July 11, 2025.

He was born on May 16, 1967, to Donald and Carol Falkowski and was the only boy among five kids. Tim graduated with the D.C. Everest Class of 1985 and went right into dairy farming after high school, eventually purchasing his own farm. For the past two years, he also worked at Marathon Cheese. He grew up on the family farm in Ringle, which is still in the family today.

Tim loved the outdoors—especially hunting and fishing. He played pool, loved breakfast runs with his co-workers, and made several trips out west with family and friends for hunting adventures. He also took time to mentor neighbors and younger family members for youth hunts, something he really enjoyed.

He had a big personality and a great sense of humor. Tim was known for rewriting songs and poems just to make someone laugh. Here’s a poem he once wrote for his sister:

Roses are red, violets are blue Your face is pretty, like Mona Lisa Magoo. Your eyes change colors like the four seasons which is good for you. Cause daylight savings time is soon to give you an extra hour of sleep which can only help you.

That was Tim—full of heart, funny, and witty.

To us, Tim was a big kid at heart. He loved sleeping in and somehow always managed to get someone else to start his chores first. He’d eventually roll out of bed when they were halfway done. He was the one to fire up the 3- and 4-wheelers to give the nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews a thrill. A game of tag might break out—just hope you didn’t get stuck with the lawn mower. He played red light, green light with the kids, cleared off the pond for skating, made hay with the cousins, and shot hoops in the haymow playing 21 for choice of chores.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Carol (Handrick) Falkowski, his brother-in-law Ray Opper, and several close family members.

He is survived by his four sisters: Pam (Scott) Brendemuehl of Wausau, Deb Falkowski of Mosinee, Mary Schweigel of Hatley, and Jessica Falkowski of Easton. Also surviving are his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and his loyal dog, Scooby.

Tim will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who loved him. Per his wishes, there will be no formal services.
