Tillman H. Hall

Tillman H. Hall, 89, 625 Grant St., Wausau, died Monday June 30, 2003, under the care of Comfort Care and Hospice Services, Community Health Care Wausau Hospital. He was born February 14, 1914 in Texas, son of the late Perry and Pearlie (Langston) Hall. On March 5, 1964 he married Betty Wallin in Wausau. She survives. Tillman was the owner operator of Hall's Delicatessen on Scott Street in Wausau. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of WW II and was a member of the Veterans Of Foreign Wars, Burns Post #388 and the American Legion, Montgomery Plant Post #10, Wausau. Survivors include his wife, Betty Hall, Wausau; sons, Craig P. (Margaret) Hall, Highlands Ranch, Colo., Richard (Paula) Hall, Wausau; a step-son, John Erickson, Wausau and four grandchildren, Aisling, Ciara, Cormac, and Erin Hall. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Catherine (Schneck) Hall; brothers, Bill, and Ben, sisters, Tina, Golda, and Jewell. The funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July, 3, 2003 at Church of the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, Wausau. The Rev. Stephen Gross will preside. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. Thursday until the time of services at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau is in charge of arrangements.
