Thomas "Tom" Frank Brzezinski

Thomas “Tom” F. Brzezinski, 72, Wausau, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

He was born July 10, 1951 in Wausau, son of the late Frank and Esther (Stankowski) Brzezinski.  On April 9, 1994, he married Joan (Wandersee) Tomcek at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau.  She survives.

For many years, Tom worked at NAPA Auto Parts as a sales manager until his retirement.  He was a member the Knights of Columbus, Wausau.  Among his favorite pastimes, he enjoyed golfing and watching the Green Bay Packers.  Another favorite pastime was bowling, where he met the love of his life, Joan.

Survivors include, his wife, Joan; two daughters, Lynda King and Debra Corallo; five siblings, Jim (Mary Jo) Brzezinski, Ernie Brzezinski, Mike (Lori) Brzezinski, Donna (Roger) Carr and Linda Brzezinski; one sister-in-law, Julie Brzezinski; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two siblings, Don Brzezinski and Grace Brzezinski; son-in-law, Arthur Corallo; sister-in-law, Marcia Brzezinski; and his faithful furry buddy “Coco”.

The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Weston.  Rev. Msgr. Joseph Diermeier will preside.  Burial will be in the parish cemetery.  Visitation will be on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Tom’s memory.
