Theresa H. Matushak, 68, Marathon, died Monday, January 25, 2016 at North Central Health Care, Wausau. She was born December 16, 1947 in Wausau, daughter of Florence (Lang) Matushak and the late Prosper Matushak. Survivors include her mother, Florence Matushak, Marathon; sisters, Marie Freiboth, Dorchester, Mary Ann White, Wausau, Janice Baesemann, Wausau and Elaine (Bill) Plante, Wisconsin Rapids; brothers, Leon (Diane) Matushak, Crystal, Minnesota, Eugene (Marcy) Matushak, Wausau and Vernon (Patsy) Matushak, Wausau; sister-in-law, Jean Matushak. She was preceded in death by her father, Prosper, and a brother, Thomas Matushak. Private services were held. Rev. Msgr. Joseph Diermeier officiated. Burial was in St. Mary Cemetery, Marathon.
