Terri J. Gajewski

Terri Jean Gajewski 31, 6083 Joes Road, Hatley, died Friday January 20, 2006 as the result of a traffic accident. She was born January 3, 1975 in Wausau, daughter of Barbara (Lucas) Gajewski, Mosinee and the late Gene Gajewski. For the past 16 years, Terri had been employed at Kennedy Park Medical and Rehabilitation Center, most recently as a Registered Nurse. While she was growing up, she enjoyed horseback riding and downhill skiing with her Aunt Carol. She loved her dogs, Hooch and Hazie May. Among her favorite things to do were shooting pool in the Mosinee Pool League and going up North boating. Survivors besides her mother, Barbara (Gene Schuster) Gajewski, include her fiance' Brian F. Haupt, Hatley, her grandmother, Maryann Gajewski, Marathon, her sister, Tina Gajewski, Mosinee, her mother and father-in-law "to-be", Lester and Kathleen Haupt, Mosinee, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Gajewski and grandparents, Al Gajewski, Clarence and Frances Lucas. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday January 23, 2006 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau. Rev. Allan Slowiak will officiate. Friends may call on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. and again Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of services all at the Stewart Avenue funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established. Reflecting her lifestyle of giving and caring, Terri's life will go on through the gift of organ and tissue donation.
