Stanley Charles Garski

Stanley C. Garski, 85, Wausau, died Monday, June 16, 2014 at Wausau Manor Nursing Home. He was born September 12, 1928 in Wausau, son of the late Charles and Mathilda (Pawleski) Garski. On January 15, 1949, he married Angeline Czerwinski at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau. She survives. Stanley was a veteran of the United States Army. For many years, he worked for the former James River Corp. in Wausau until his retirement. Survivors include, his wife, Angeline Garski, Wausau; two children, David Elliott, Wausau and Donna Roberts, Milwaukee; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two children, Roger and Jacqueline; and his siblings. Private burial services will be held at Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau.
