Shirley E. Seefeldt

Shirley E. Seefeldt, 51, Schofield, died Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. She was born November 30, 1964 in Milwaukee, the daughter of Thomas Seefeldt of Schofield and the late Lois (Schultz) Seefeldt. Shirley worked in the Medical Records Department at Marshfield Clinic for many years. Among some of her favorite pastimes, she enjoyed crafts, sudoku puzzles, listening to music and watching movies. Shirley had a great sense of humor, a smile that would light up a room and a courageous outlook on life that allowed her to never give up. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. Survivors include, her father, Tom; three siblings, Pat (Mark) Hunt, Rothschild, Linda Gallenberg and Richard (Lisa) Seefeldt, Rothschild; and seven nieces and nephews, Casey, Emily, Justin, James, Paul, Jill and Greg. Besides her mother, Lois, she was preceded in death by one brother-in-law, Brian Wirth. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, Weston. Rev. Raymond Connor will officiate. Entombment will be in the Memorial Chapel Mausoleum, Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call on Monday from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau and again on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church.
