Sharon J. Sefton

Sharon Jean Zarda Sefton passed away on Monday, June 1, 2026 in Wausau after a series of medical setbacks.

Sharon was born on June 17, 1951 in Wausau. She attended Irving, Holy Name and St. Michael grade schools and graduated from Wausau East High School in 1970. Her career at the Marathon County Public Library began before her high school graduation.

Before and after retirement, Sharon loved spending time with her family, sharing recipes on Facebook, watching the Game Show Channel and everything Elvis! She leaves behind her daughter, Rachel (Kris) Woller, grandson, Dennis Woller, granddaughters, Kianna Parker and Taija Burns, sister Joyce (Tom) Naps, stepsister Marcia Kosmerchock, niece Tracy Zarda Lader and nephews, David Zarda, Keith Naps and Joseph Naps.

Preceding Sharon in death are her parents, LaVern (Bud) and Jeanette Kosmerchock; former husband, Dennis Sefton and brothers, Gerald Seliger and Richard (PeeWee) Zarda.

As accordance with her wishes, Sharon will be cremated and interned with her parents at Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau.
