Sharon A. Schaefer

Sharon A. Schaefer (nee Knippel) 62, Wausau, passed away Monday, August 10, 2009 at her home. She was born November 12, 1946 in Wausau and raised by her grandmother, the late, Hazel Johnson. She owned and operated the former Sharon's Shine and Glow Mini Kleen, Wausau and also worked for Mount View Care Center. Among her many interests, she enjoyed the arts, loved animals and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include, her daughter, Trisha (Jason) Marks, Fond du Lac; two grandbabies, Olivia and Aaron Marks; two special friends, Charlene Knippel and Joyce Groshek, both of Wausau; and many other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be at 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 14, 2009 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau.
