Sally B. Tulisaari

Sally B. Tulisaari, age 64, entered heaven on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Sally was a beloved wife, sister, aunt, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was born on May 13, 1962, to Roger and Vivian (Nuelk) Carron in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Sally grew up in Mequon, Wisconsin, where she attended Homestead High School. She later moved to Minocqua and graduated from Lakeland Union High School. Sally eventually returned to Grafton, where she met the love of her life, Micheal. They were united in marriage on July 14, 1990, at St. Paul Lutheran Church and together they cherished 36 wonderful years of marriage.

Sally had a love for the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing. She helped build a log cabin that became a special place for making lasting memories. Sally was also quite good at cribbage and enjoyed the time spent playing with those she loved.

Family was always important to Sally. She cherished her relationships with those closest to her and always made an effort to stay connected. She knew the important events happening in the lives of her family members and took great joy in being a part of them. Her warm personality, caring nature, and presence in the lives of others will be deeply missed.

Sally is survived by her loving husband, Micheal; brothers: Stuart (Cheryl), Scott (Carol), James (Cheryl); brother-in-law, Peter (Sara); sister-in-law, Lisa; uncle, Bob; nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; her beloved rescue beagle mix, Riley; and many other extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Vivian (Nuelk) Carron.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 12, 2026, at Thrive Church, 400 Grand Avenue, Wausau, WI, with Rev. Sheldon Miles officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.

Family encourages guests to wear casual attire, including Green Bay Packers or Milwaukee Brewers’ jerseys, in celebration of Sally’s life.
