Ruth M. Hanneman

Ruth M. Hanneman, 86, Wausau, died Friday, September 3, 2004 at Colonial Manor Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Wausau. She was born August 31, 1918 in Wausau daughter of the late Ernst and Bertha (Kranke) Schattschneider. On September 2, 1944 she married Marvin Hanneman at Trinity Lutheran Church, town of Stettin. He preceded her in death on June 20, 1996. Ruth and her husband, Marvin, farmed in the town of Stettin for many years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, town of Stettin. Among her favorite things to do were gardening, cooking and baking. Survivors include one son, Bruce Hanneman, Wausau; one brother Martin Schattschneider, Wausau; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Marvin Hanneman and one sister, Minnie Wendorf. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau. Rev. Clarence Gall will officiate. Burial will be in the Stettin Christian Cemetery, town of Stettin. Friends may call Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until time of services at the Stewart Avenue funeral home.
