Ruth M. Frauenheim

Ruth M. Frauenheim, 87, Athens died Sunday, March 9, 2014 at the Home Place, Dorchester. She was born May 6, 1926 in the town of Scott in Sheboygan County, daughter of the late Herbert and Esther (Bleck) Haack. On June 10, 1944 she married William "Bill" Frauenheim in New Fane. He preceded her in death on September 26, 1995. Ruth and Bill operated a dairy farm in Sheboygan County until retiring to Phelps in 1971. They then moved to Antigo in 1981 and finally she moved to Athens in 2011 to be closer to her family. Survivors include many nieces and nephews and many great and great great nieces and nephews. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one sister, Dorothy Moths. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Athens. The Rev. Andrew Alberts will officiate. Friends may call on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church, Athens. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Athens is in charge of arrangements.
