Rose E. Pepke

Rose E. Pepke 94, Wausau, died Friday November 11, 2005 at Wausau Manor Nursing Home. She was born February 20, 1911, in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Adam and Stella (Kiciak) Lesniak. She married Theodore Pepke. He preceded her in death. Rose was the owner of Sunbeam Real Estate, Wausau and along with her husband, operated Sunbeam Gardens and Nursery. She was a charter member of St. Matthew Catholic Church and their Ladies Council. Survivors include a daughter, Carol (Robert) Warosh, Wausau, six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren. Besides her husband and parents, Rose was preceded in death by a daughter, Beverly Zimmerer and seven brothers, Adam, Myron, Stanley, Louis, Frank, Alex and Felix. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Weds. November 16, 2005 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Wausau. Rev. Robert Thorn will preside. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau.
