Roland Friedrich

Roland Friedrich 83, Edgar, died Weds. June 20, 2007 at his home. He was born March 7, 1924, in the town of Rietbrock, son of the late Carl and Emma (Nest) Friedrich. Roland was mechanically inclined and he was employed as a mechanic at the former Marshfield Coop and also did repairs for area farmers. Survivors include several cousins. Besides his parents, Roland was preceded in death by three brothers, Clayton, Athniel and Edmund Friedrich. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday June 28, 2007 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Edgar. Rev. Kenneth A. Dix will officiate. Burial will be in St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Huckleberry Road, Edgar. Friends may call on Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at the Edgar funeral home.
