Roger D. Weber

Roger Dale Weber, 71, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 1, 2024.

He was born on July 18, 1952 to Dan and Joyce Weber.  Roger graduated from Wausau High School in 1970 and then worked at Kraft Foods and Apogee, a division of Wausau Metals.  His pride and joy was being a dairy farmer.  In his younger years Roger loved his motorcycles and owned many throughout the years.  Roger loved watching MASH and, of course, would enjoy it with a cold Sundrop.  He had a very strong faith in God and was an active member of Calvary Lutheran Church in the town of Pine River.  Roger loved reading and learning more about God by reading his favorite book, the Bible.  He also read old westerns and many magazines.  Roger will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his brother, Philip Weber (Julianna Zunker); niece, Brittney (Kyle) Kolpacki; many cousins; and his favorite dog, Butch.

A funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, April 15, 2024 at Calvary Lutheran Church, N365 Cain Creek Road, Merrill (Town of Pine River) with Rev. Jennifer Hoffman officiating.  Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church.  Burial will be at a later date in Trinity Cemetery.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.petersonkraemer.com.
