Roberta "Berta" Rodehaver
77, 802 N. 2nd Ave., Wausau, died Wednesday, February 19, 2003 at Community Health Care Wausau Hospital.
She was born April 30, 1925 in Ashland, daughter of the late Bernard and Emeline (Pugsley) Hagen. On September 14, 1952, she married Nathan Cohodas in Duluth. He preceded her in death. On May 2, 1977, she married Donald Rodehaver in Wausau. He preceded her in death.
Roberta was a secretary at North Central Heating Company later was known as Binders. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Wausau. Roberta was a loving mother and a friend to many. Roberta was a great admirer of the fashion and glamour of Hollywood. Her pets were her passion and joy in life.
Survivors include her children, Kim (Bob) Manowski, Wausau, Wade (Sherri) Cohodas, Rothschild and special friend of the family, Mike Beyler, Madison; step children, Becky (Jim) Greenheck, Weston, Sara (Steve) Pueschner, Wausau, Tim (Debbie) Rodehaver, Weston and Dan (Sheila) Rodehaver, Schofield; nine grandchildren; one brother, James "Hank" (Ann) Hagen, Ashland.
Besides her husbands and parents, she was preceded in death by her twin brother, Robert and sister, Emeline.
Memorial services will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 23, 2003 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 6th St., Wausau. Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until the time of services at the 6th St. funeral home.
