Rita M. Weaver

Rita M. Weaver 61, Wausau, died Thursday June 5, 2008 at her home. She was born July 17, 1946, in Wausau, daughter of the late Andrew and Frances (Gribowski) Schilling. On May 2, 1964 she married Raymond Weaver in Wausau. He preceded her in death November 18, 2003. Rita was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, hunting and fishing. Special to Rita were her dogs, Honeybee and Laredo as well as the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. Survivors include three sons, Shawn (Dawn) Weaver, Merrill, Kim (Carla) Weaver, Hurley and RayJohn (Renee) Weaver, Wausau, five grandchildren, Kyle, Kalvin, Kurtis, Kevin and Benjamin, seven siblings, Mary Mae Zastrow, Wausau, Hazel (LeRoy) Schilling, Dorchester, Beverly Biard, Mosinee, Carol (Maurice) Normand, Marathon, Chet (Paulette) Schilling, Wausau, Gerri (Tom) Weisenberger, Merrill and Robert Schilling, Nevada. Besides her parents and husband, Rita was preceded in death by her siblings, Jane Rodemeier, Lanora Schilling, Opal Schilling, Stanley Schilling, RuthAnn Schilling and Terrance Schilling. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday June 9, 2008 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau.
