Ricky Allen Wisnewski

Ricky A. Wisnewski 45, of Hatley, formerly of Athens, died Friday, October 6, 2006 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He was born December 3, 1960 in Marshfield, son of Mark Wisnewski of Athens and Alice Wisnewski of Wausau. Ricky served in the United States Army from 1978 until 1982. Among his many interests, he enjoyed dancing, riding his motorcycle, working on cars and spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include, three children, Dustin Spatz, Mosinee, Brian Wisnewski, Weston and Christopher Wisnewski, Merrill; one step-daughter, Bonnie Hataja, Weston; one granddaughter Melanie Wisnewski; his mother, Alice Wisnewski, Wausau; his father, Mark (Carol) Wisnewski, Athens; two brothers, Dale (Sue) Wisnewski, Rib Mountain and Scott Wisnewski, Athens; two sisters, Kim (Larry) Althoff, Rib Mountain and Heidi (Randy) Adamski, Hatley; one half-sister, Cindy (Steve) Wheatley, Athens; two special friends, Jim and Kim Andraska, Hatley; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother, Joseph Wisnewski. Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Rev. Kim Swenson will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau. Friends may call Monday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the Sixth Street funeral home.
