Resia M. Schreier

Resia M. Schreier 1140, W. Bridge Street, Wausau died Saturday, May 17, 2008 at her home. She was born March 27, 1950 in Tomahawk, daughter of the late Archie and Gertrude (Neumann) Durand. In 1975 she married George Schreier in Tomahawk. He preceded her in death on July 2, 1988. Resia cared for many elderly people in her nursing career who have passed on before her, now she has the honor of joining them in God's care. Survivors include her siblings, Marie (Art) Punches, Rhinelander, Betty (Drew) Wainwright, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Daniel Durand, Oak Creek and Mike (Peggy) Durand, Shawano, along with many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 7, 2008 at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Marathon. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau is in charge of arrangements.
