Raymond H. Koplin

Raymond H. Koplin 79, 1100 Lakeview Drive, Wausau, died Sunday July 22, 2007 at North Central Health Care Facilities. He was born June 20, 1927, in Milwaukee, son of the late Samuel and Adella (Kriedemann) Koplin. Raymond was a veteran of the US Army serving during World War II as a Corporal in the 40th Fighter Squadron. Survivors include a step daughter, Judy Havisto, Aitkin, Minn., one brother, Sylvester "Les" Koplin, Tomahawk, a sister-in-law, Gayle Koplin, Wausau other relatives and friends. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Frank, Sam, Lee and Adella. Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. Monday July 30, 2007 at Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau, where military honors will be conducted by members of the American Legion Montgomery Plant Post No. 10, Wausau.
