Randall "Randy" John Kressel

Randall “Randy” John Kressel, 47, of Tigerton, went home to be with his heavenly Father on Friday, November 28, 2025, due to injuries sustained in a house fire.

Randy was born on September 12, 1978 in Wausau to Joe Sr. and Judi Kressel.

Randy was a man whose heart was full of love and giving. No matter who needed help, he was the one who would step up to help in any way he could. He enjoyed and cherished time spent with family and friends, whether at a family gathering, riding motorcycle, being on the pontoon, camping, game nights, cooking, watching movies, listening to music or just hanging out around a bonfire.

Randy worked in different fields of work throughout his time, but his passion for the last 20 years was working as a HVAC Technician. Randy cared about people in need and volunteered his time to install HVAC systems for veterans at no charge and also spent time helping others with general home projects.

Randy is survived by his wife, Theresa; parents, Joe Sr. and Judi Kressel; brothers, Mike (Cathy) Kressel and Joe Jr. (Robin) Kressel; son, Hayden (Ashley) Kressel; daughter, Haley (Jonah) Elias; step-daughter, Tasia (Robert) Miskovich; step-sons, Levi (Tiffany) Stenson and Chase Stenson; his grandma, Marlene VanHoof; 15 grandchildren; along with aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

He was preceded in death by is maternal and paternal grandparents; uncles, John Kressel, Geno Kressel, Jimmy Miller and Al Mackoway; and his mother-in-law, Bev Hoffmann.

His big smile, laughter, love and giving will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Even though his time here has ended, his gift of life will live on in others through organ donation.

We want to express our heartfelt thank you to everyone who had a part assisting Randy at the fire and the amazing medical team and UW Hospital, Madison.
