Ramona M. Buchberger

Ramona M. Buchberger 67, Wausau, died Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born January 16, 1943 in Wausau, daughter of the late Theodore and Irene (Schmidt) Bauer. On September 15, 1962 she married Roger Buchberger at the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, Wausau. He survives. Ramona had many hobbies including crocheting, knitting and doing crafts. She also enjoyed camping, fishing, playing family games and Bingo. Survivors include her husband, Roger, Wausau; children, Brian (Lisa) Buchberger, Woodruff, Shelly (Mike) Prochnow, Wausau and Kim (Michael) Griffith, St. Michael, Minn.; grandchildren, Ryan (Stefanie) Buchberger, Kenosha, Jessica Buchberger, Appleton and Cassie Prochnow, Wausau; great-grandson, Hunter Buchberger; brothers, Lamar (Nancy) Bauer, Fort Meyers, Flor. and Kenneth (Carol) Bauer, Wausau; many other nieces, nephews and the family dog, Joey. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Maxine Bauer. The funeral Mass will be celebrated Noon on Friday, April 9, 2010 at the Church of St. Anne, Wausau. The Rev. Steven Brice will preside. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau.
