Ralph D. Bell
56, Gleason died Thursday, March 29, 2012 as the result of a motor vehicle accident in Lincoln County.
He was born December 9, 1955 in Wausau, son of Evelyn (Brathovde) Bell, Wausau and the late Alexander Bell.
Ralph worked at 3M in Wausau for more than 21 years and also at Lincolnwood Products in Merrill for over 7 years. As an avid outdoorsman Ralph enjoyed hunting, camping and fishing, especially trout fishing. Some of his other favorite pastimes included spending time with family and friends, watching the Green Bay Packers and NASCAR races and caring for his pets. Ralph will be fondly remembered as a generous and kind man and for the love and devotion that he shared for his mother.
Survivors include his mother, Evelyn Bell, Wausau, his fiancAC. Christine Guite, Gleason, his children, Ralph O. (Julie) Bell, Wausau, Stacey (Nic Walker) Bell, Wausau and Brandon Wolfe, Wausau, seven grandchildren, two step grandchildren, two sisters, Judy (John) Carlton, Milwaukee , Linda (Nicholas) Lucas, Las Vegas and one brother, Joseph (Patti) Bell, Albuquerque, New Mexico and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 2, 2012 at The Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau. The Rev. Steve Grunwald will officiate. Friends may call on Sunday from Noon to 3:00 p.m. and again on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the Stewart Avenue funeral home.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established in Ralph's name.
