Priscilla Mccluskey

Priscilla "Tena" McCluskey 70, N5084 Maple Road, Rib Lake, died Monday, November 26, 2007 under Hope Hospice and Palliative Care at her home. She was born January 5, 1937 in the town of Goodrich, daughter of the late Louis and Frances (Budja) Zinkowich. On June 4, 1955 she married Keith McCluskey at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Athens. He survives. Tena worked at Kraft Foods in Wausau for more than 33 years and also ran Keith & Tena's Bar in rural Athens for two years. Some of her favorite pastimes included bowling, golfing, fishing, playing cards, especially cribbage and cooking but most of all she cherished the time she spent with her family especially her grandchildren. Tena truly enjoyed the company of her family and always looked forward to a family gathering or reunion. Survivors include her husband Keith McCluskey, Rib Lake, her children, Debra Matei and Steve (Debbie Frank) McCluskey, both of Minneapolis and Jill (Tom) Kort, Rothschild, three grandchildren, Andrea (Tom) Seleski and Russ and Christopher Kort, one great granddaughter, Addison Matei-Seleski, her siblings, Josephine Sommers, Edgar, Ida (Roy) Duerr, Marshfield and John (Carol) Zinkowich, Athens. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two children, Patricia and Mary McCluskey and her siblings Frank, Louis, Eddie, Joe and Fritz Zinkowich, Frances Nerat, Mary Cleveland, Annie Scheu and Toni Yakaites. The funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 30, 2007 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Athens. The Rev. Charles Hiebl will preside. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Athens. Friends may call on Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and again on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the church. There will be a parish vigil service at 7:30 p.m. Thursday evening at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Athens is in charge of arrangements.
