Phyllis E. Trantow

Phyllis E. Trantow, 76, 1100 Lakeview Drive, Wausau, died Wednesday, September 24, 2003 under the care of Comfort Care and Hospice Services at North Central Health Care. Phyllis was born March 30, 1927 in Tomahawk, daughter of the late Alfred E. and Anna T. (Riebel) Turgeon. On July 3, 1947 she married John R. Trantow in Tomahawk, WI. He survives. Survivors besides her husband, John Trantow, Merrill, include two daughters, Geraldine D. (Jack) Bullock, Florissant, Colo., Patricia E. (Dale) Lewis, Rocky Mountain, N.C.; two sons, Jack (Therese) Trantow, Gunnison, Colo., Michael (Linda) Trantow, Littleton, Colo.; nine grandchildren, several brothers and sisters. There will be no services. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau is in charge of arrangements.
