Pauline G. Juderjahn
75, 12200 State Hwy 29, Marathon, died Monday, May 28, 2007 under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services at Cedar Creek Manor, Kronenwetter.
She was born July 15, 1931 in Chicago, daughter of the late Delbert and Ila (King) Thompson. On March 25, 1983 she married Ronald Juderjahn in Watertown. He preceded her in death on February 22, 2000.
Pauline was a homemaker. She was known to be quite the cook, artist and crafter but she really honed her skills in on her singing abilities. She belonged to two different singing chapters of Sweet Adeline's (Barbershop). She also was the lead vocalist in Indigo, the Quartet. Pauline took great pride and was very proud of her singing abilities. She had a great love for her entire family, especially her grand and great grandchildren.
Survivors include her two daughters, Cheryl Christensen, Marathon and Linda (Dwight) Tolk, Athens, five grandchildren, Laura (Tim Deininger) Ward, Wausau, Mark Ward and Jessica (Todd Schlichting) Lamberg, both of Edgar, Nicole and Ryan Tolk, both of Athens, three great grandchildren, Jeffrey Deininger, Tyler Lamberg and Haylee Schlichting, one sister, Irma (Stanley) Sandulak, Altoona and one brother Ralph (Dorothy) Thompson, Texas.
Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one son, John Albert and two grandsons, Jeffrey Ward and David Tolk and one nephew David Thompson.
Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 2, 2007 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Edgar. The Rev. Matthew Christians will officiate. Burial will be in the Edgar Cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the Edgar Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Pauline's name.
