Patricia Olson

Patricia "Pat" E. Olson 58, Green Bay, died Monday, August 13, 2012 at Aspirus Hospice House, Wausau, following a brief and courageous battle with cancer. She was born January 15, 1954 in Wausau, daughter of Blanche (Osborne) Olson and the late Edward Olson. Pat was currently employed as a purchasing manager for Prevea Clinic, Inc. in Green Bay. Among her favorite pastimes, she enjoyed camping, traveling the West and was an avid golfer, most recently at Wander Springs Golf Course and Thornberry Golf Course, both in Green Bay. Pat was a wonderful baker, and had a great talent for making wedding cakes. She will be dearly missed by her son, family and friends. Survivors include, her son, Ross Larsen, Green Bay; her mother, Blanche Olson, Wausau; four siblings, Gary (Rhonda) Olson, Wausau, Gail (Gary) Schulz, Conner, Mont., Connie (Marv) Pentti, Iron Mountain, Mich. and Arden (Jeanne) Olson, Niagara, Wis.; nine nieces and nephews, Craig, Jennifer, Courtney, Joshua, Andrew, Tischa, Jessica, Jami and Sam; and eight great nieces and nephews. Besides her father, Edward, she was preceded in death by her two pets, "Rowdy" and "Boo". Private family services will be held at a later date.
