Patricia "Patsy" A. Notinokey

Patricia "Patsy" Ann Notinokey, 63, passed away at home under the care of her family and Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services on Wednesday, April 25, 2018. She was born January 14, 1955 in Shawano, daughter of Joseph J. Notinokey and Jane Waupoose Notinokey. Patsy grew up on the Menominee Reservation. She loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed watching "The Price is Right", playing Ten Thousand, Yahtzee and riding bike. Patsy is survived by two sons, Michael (Stacie) Notinokey, Marlin (Jenny) Notinokey, all of Wausau, two daughters, Shannon (Jacob) Nowak of Wausau, Regina (Quincy) Jones of LaVergne, Tenn.; two sons, Robert (Amy) Petonquot and Derwin Petonquot of Weston; 26 grandchildren, Cody, Tyler, Dylan Notinokey, Natasha and Seth Menting, Hunter, Alexia, Lakotah Notinokey, Mercedes Wayka-Bootz, Cole Wayka, Jacey and Barbara Nowak, Quintin and Malayah Petonquot, Aisha and Quintrel Jones, Miss Cortashia Rouse, Quincy Jr. QuaShawn, Najee, Nycco and Lovely Jones, Dominic and Ariana Petonquot, Alaihua Petonquot and Miah Kleiber, two great grandchildren, Liam and Jocelynn Hanneman; two brothers, John and Joseph (Jessica) Notinokey Jr. of Neopit, one sister, Barbara Warrington of Neopit and special friend, Al Chapman.She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Jane Notinokey, daughter, Rita Notinokey, brother, Robert (Barney) Wayka, sisters, Mary Jane Crowe and Margaret Wayka. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Melissa, Patsy's Hospice nurse and the rest of the Hospice team. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Noon Tuesday May 1, 2018 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Neopit. Visitation will be on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau and again on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
