Patricia A. Belanger

Patricia A. Belanger 67, Wausau, died Weds. February 22, 2012, at Sylvan Crossings, Wausau. She was born September 5, 1944, in Edgar, daughter of the late John and Emma (Lingel) Dahlke. On May 7, 1966, she married Dennis A. Belanger in Edgar. He preceded her in death February 17, 2010. Prior to her retirement, Patricia had been employed in maintenance at the former Wausau Insurance Companies. Among her favorite things to do were gardening and watching football. She cherished the time she spent with her granddaughters. Survivors include three children and four granddaughters, Steven (Lisa) Belanger, Wausau and their daughter, Bailey; Lee (Wendy) Belanger, Wausau and their daughters, Danielle and Miranda; Tracy (Kevin) Nowaczyk, Georgetown, Ken., and their daughter, Elena. She is further survived by two sisters, Diane Miskowiak, Wausau, Janice (Sylvester) Endres, Wausau, four brothers, Jack (Jane) Dahlke, Stratford, Jim Dahlke, Wausau, Gerald (Marizy) Dahlke, Wausau, Don Dahlke, Los Angeles, Calif. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Alan Miskowiak. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Noon Monday February 27, 2012at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Wausau. Rev. Robert Thorn will preside. Burial will be in the Edgar Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau and again on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
