Pamela Faye Erdmann-Grulkowski

Pamela Faye Erdmann-Grulkowski, 56, Wausau, died Friday, February 6, 2015 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born May 1, 1958 in Wausau, the daughter of David and Clara (Held) Erdmann. On April 4, 2009, she married Mark "Tiny" Grulkowski at Two Sisters Chapel in Mosinee. He survives. Pam was a 1976 graduate of Wausau West High School and furthered her education, earning a Police Science Degree from North Central Technical Institute and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin. For 10 years, she worked as a dispatcher for the Marathon County Sheriff's Department and then went on to work for WPS Insurance Company for 10 years. She was currently employed as an Appeals Intake Processor for United Medical Resource, a division of United Health Care. Among her favorite pastimes, she enjoyed horseback riding, singing karaoke, deer hunting and the companionship of her dogs. Survivors include, her loving husband, Mark "Tiny" Grulkowski, Wausau; her mother, Clara Finger, Wausau; her brother, Bob (Vicki Lou) Erdmann, Weston; three brothers-in-law, Steve (Lisa) Grulkowski, Appleton, Larry (Cathy) Grulkowski, Stevens Point and David (Sandy) Grulkowski, Sheboygan; one sister-in-law, Jane Grulkowksi, Lake du Bay; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, David Erdmann; and her step-father, Harold "Hammer" Finger. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 13, 2015 at Zion Lutheran Church, Wausau. Rev. Theodore Gulhaugen will officiate. Friends may call on Thursday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau and again on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church. There will be a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
