Olga M. Kuck

Olga M. Kuck, 105, Wausau, formerly of Athens, WI, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at Wausau Manor, under the care of Compassus Hospice.

She was born March 13, 1921 in the Town of Goodrich, WI, daughter of the late Fred and Friederike (Radke) Roesler. On November 30, 1939, she married Edwin A. Kuck at Trinity Lutheran Church in Athens. He preceded her in death on May 6, 2006.

Olga truly enjoyed being a homemaker, in addition to working on the family mink ranch and small dairy farm. Some of her favorite hobbies were flower gardening and watching the animals play around in her yard. Olga also spent many hours crocheting items for her family.

Survivors include, her son, Roger (Beth) Kuck; four step-grandchildren, Kimberli (Troy) Rubenzer and Brenda (Rich) Rubenzer; four great step-grandchildren, Mia, Stella, Sophia and Lily Rubenzer; one sister-in-law, Jeanette Roesler, Milwaukee; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husband, Edwin, she was preceded in death by her son, Robert Kuck; six brothers, Edwin, Henry, Ervin, Ernest, Walter and Julius Roesler; and sister, Lydia Thuot.

In honor of Olga’s wishes, a private graveside service will be held at the Athens Lutheran Cemetery.
