Myron J. Scutkowski

Myron "Mike" J. Scutkowski 81, Wausau, died Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at Marywood Convalescent Center, Wausau. He was born June 14, 1926 in Wausau, son of the late Joseph and Laura (Brumirski) Scutkowski. For 41 years, Mike worked for the former Marathon Box until his retirement. Among his many interests, he enjoyed listening to baseball games on the radio and going up North with the Mertes family. Survivors include, two sisters, Alice (Sigmond) Hanz, Schofield and Mildred Tyskiewicz, Wausau; and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Mertes and Angeline Raymond; and one brother, Leo Scutkowski. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 17, 2008 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau. Rev. William Grevatch will preside. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau.
