Mitchell R. Bever

Mitchell R. "Fish" Bever 47, Wausau, died Friday March 5, 2010 at home. He was born September 1, 1962 in Wausau, son of Joseph and Mary (Schmeiser) Bever, Wausau. Mitchell had been employed as a collection agent for the Union Labor Directory. Among his many interests, he was an avid fisherman, enjoyed gardening, loved the outdoors and also enjoyed an occasional trip to the casino. He was a member of the American Fishing Club and the NRA. Special to him was the time spent with his daughter and grandchildren. He possessed an open loving heart and was always there to help anyone in need. Survivors include his parents, Joseph and Mary Bever, Wausau, a daughter, Stacey (Ryan) Schultz, Marathon, grandchildren, Paige, Dane and soon to be born, Domenick Mitchell Lee Schultz; three brothers, Mike (Linda) Bever, Rothschild, Mark (Rose) Bever and Marty (Sara) Bever, all of Wausau, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a son, Eric Mitchell Bever and a great nephew, Dredon. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday March 9, 2010 at the Church of St. Anne, Wausau. Rev. Steven Brice will preside. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call on Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
